position takes calls from customers in the ISS Network Operations Center.

Work is performed under general supervision and is reviewed through
conferences, reports and evaluation of results obtained.

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • High School Degree
  • Two (2) years experience in telephony, networking or VoIP system administration
  • Must complete SIP Basics training within 11 months of hire.
