This is entry level technical and analytical work responsible for
implementation, management and operational support of desktop work
stations.

An employee in a position allocated to this class is responsible
for assisting in planning, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and
repairing desktop work stations.

Work is performed independently under the direction of an administrative superior and is reviewed through conferences, reports and results obtained.

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • High School Degree
  • Two (2) years of college level course work with concentration in MIS, computer science, engineering, statistics or closely related field

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Statistics or closely related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in desktop administration
