This is advanced technical and analytical work responsible for
implementation, management and operational support of desktop and laptop
computers, printers, and mobile devices.

An employee in a position allocated to this class is responsible
for planning, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and deploying
end-user computers, including operating systems, and software.
This employee has a high level of technical and analytical capabilities as well as overseeing and assigning the work of the team.

Work is performed independently under the direction of an administrative superior and is reviewed through conferences, reports and results obtained.

Required Skills and Certifications:

• Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Statistics or closely related field

• Two (2) years of experience in desktop administration
