This is professional, analytical and technical work involving
Business Applications Development and Quality Assurance.
An employee in a position allocated to this class is responsible for
participating as a team member through the planning, analysis, design,
testing, and implementation phases of systems development and/or software
procurement.
This position reports to a Senior Manager or System
Integrator within Application Services and the work is evaluated based on
quality of results obtained, conferences, customer feedback and reports.
Required Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or closely related field
- One (1) year of experience:
- Developing web based applications with ASP.NET, HTML, VB.NET or C# technologies combined with ORACLE PL/SQL or MS SQLServer T-SQL programming
OR
- Developing web based applications with ASP.NET, HTML, VB.NET or C# technologies combined with ORACLE PL/SQL or MS SQLServer T-SQL programming and client server based applications with PowerBuilder object-oriented approach with PFC combined with ORACLE PL/SQL programming
OR
- Developing client server based applications with PowerBuilder object-oriented approach with PFC combined with ORACLE PL/SQL programming
OR
- In Quality Assurance Software testing of business applications
