This is advanced technical and analytical work involving
technical consulting and systems design for implementation, management
and operational support of information network communication systems.
An employee in a position in this class acts as a designer and
analyst of simple and advanced complex information network systems.
This position reports to the Manager, Network Services; Manager,
Network Operations; or Manager, Network Security and work is evaluated
based on quality of results obtained, conferences, feedback from
customers and reports.
Required Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business with concentration in MIS, computer science, engineering, statistical, or closely related field
- Four (4) years of experience in the support of networks and network connected devices
