This is advanced technical work providing field servicing of network data communications and supporting equipment. This is advanced technical work involving the design, implementation, management and operational support of information network communication systems.
An employee in this position is responsible for installation, operational (troubleshooting and repair) support of simple and complex information communications and cabling equipment.
This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and the work is evaluated based on quality of results obtained, conferences, customer feedback and reports.
Required Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, statistics or any closely related field
- Three (3) years of experience in network administration
